Visa in hand, flight booked, is there anything else I need to do?

Don't worry, (although I was quite nervous myself) just be sure to have your passport (obviously), and the sealed envelope that you should've been given at your interview. When you get to immigration on your travel day, they take you to a secondary room, go through all your paperwork in your envelope give you a brief talk about the 90 days you have to get married etc and send you on your way ! Piece of cake. Just make sure you give yourself at least 2-3 hrs before your flight. I sat in secondary for an hour not including the time I spent during check-in, security etc. By the time I got to my gate, my flight was boarding .

Same here jens_prodigy, my POE was in Seattle and by the time I got to my gate to a local flight in AZ ( had to ride 3 trains inside the airport and walked 2 elevators to my surprise), my flight was boarding and I'm the last to enter the plane. Just make sure your time is between 1-3 hours before your next flight if you have and read some reviews on your POE airport. I was in panic mode since it's only less than an hour interval for me but I did tell the Immigration Officer right away that I do have a scheduled flight. Although I was not interviewed on a secondary room, I was given a brief talk about the 90 days to get married.
