HELLO ,

I am the beneficiary,we received our NOA1 on september 9

on April 12 after checking our status online,I discovered we received a RFE on april 9.

yesterday,my fiance received the letter;they ask:

BENEFICIARY'S PROOF OF INTENT TO MARRY:

you must submit evidence that you and the beneficiary intent to marry within 90 days of the beneficiary's entry to the US as a k-1

evidence may include ,but is not limited to,copies of correspondance between you and the beneficiary discussing wedding plans, evidence of wedding plans such as announcements, plans made to reserve a venue for wedding.or any other evidence of your intend to marry one another, including, for example an original statement from the beneficiary ###### establishing her intent to marry you Within 90 days of her admission to the US.

and also my fiance didn't complete question 2 part3 . page 5 of form I-129 F.They sent Him this part to fill it.

my question is:

concerning the beneficiary's proof of intent to marry,we didn't make any plans such as announcements ,any plans made to reserve a venue.how could we do that since we don't know when the procedure will end?we don't have any mail where we're discussing about all those things only by phone.

an original statement from me the beneficiary establishing my intent to marry my fiance within 90 days will be sufficient?

when we sent our package,we sent one letter of intent to marry(the petionner's letter).

please we need your help.thanks

sorry my english is not good

Each party must send a signed written statement of intent to marry. The RFE in this regard is most likely because you only sent one, and or they lost the only one you sent.

Hello, you don't need to send details/plans about your upcoming wedding.

You just need to send a signed letter of intent (like the one your fiance sent) and make sure that it has a "wet" signature.

I attached the sample just in case :) goodluck! :)

You the beneficiary need to submit a signed letter of intent. The petition actually requires one from each the petitioner and the beneficiary. If only one was sent, this is likely the reason for your RFE.

Happy sunday to all, please I have another question.can we send the letter of intent to marry for the petitioner (my fiancé) again to be sure since they just asked one for the beneficiary.thanks for your answers

no need to since they are not asking for one from your petitioner in the RFE...that means they already have it.
