Send AOS and IV documents together or separately?

I am in confusion whether to send AOS (I-864 and supporting) and IV package documents together or send them separately ?

I know that once AOS fee status changes to "PAID", I can print the barcode sheet and send AOS package.

What if IV fee is not invoiced ?? Is it advisable to wait till IV fee is paid and then print IV barcode sheet and then send both - AOS and IV Package. ???

Also if we can send AOS and IV package together (before IV is invoiced) which address the package should be sent ?

Send both Supporting documents and Financial Documents all in ONE package.

yes send both packets together using the AOS barcode cover sheet. Do not wait till the iv fee or the ds-260 has been fill out, as you will be waiting extra time You will have time pay the iv fee and fill out the Ds-260 while the NVC is reviewing your documents

If I send IV package with AOS package before NVC invoice IV fee - will it generate the checklist that IV fees not yet paid?

Do we need to send DS-260 confirmation page to NVC ?

No it will not you should be able to pay the fee before they finish reviewing docoments

no you do not need to send ds-260 to nvc your wife will need copy of comfirmation pg for interview
