Two really quick questions here.

At some point I came across a webpage linked here that gave a brief discription of how best to put the I-129f together before sending it in. What type of folder and things to use. Now I can't find it at all. Would anyone happen to have a link to such a page?

And also, the check sent with the packet still needs to be $200, right? And is it made out to the service center it's sent to, or someone else?
