We got our I-130's approved since we have a mnl case number now and a packet 3 instructions email, and need to submit next the packet 3, but wanted to submit i-601 exemptions for vaccinations done at St Lukes when the medical is done I think during packet 4. After completing the online DS-260 DS-261 how do you submit all the other documents and the I-601's for packet 3 submission?

You're doing DCF correct? There is no Packet 3 submission. Read the instructions sent to you. We never submitted anything. We just brought everything to USEM on the day of the interview.

Correct filing DCF. Received an email stating: "we have received an approved visa petition for you. You should now prepare for your interview.

No mention of any medical unless one has a child that is aging out and would fall under the CSPA guidelines.

So how long does it take to get an interview date and when does one submit an I-601 for vaccination exemptions?

Medical Examination

All visa applicants, regardless of age, need to complete a medical examination at the St. Luke's Medical Center Extension Clinic (SLMCEC) before the visa interview.

What vaccinations are you trying to be exempted from? If the intending immigrant has documentation attesting that required vaccinations have already been given, bring them on the day of the medical exam.

Correct, the medical must be done before the interview
