If the debt has been filed in a court for adjudication then it will appear on her NBI. If that's the case then she needs to resolve as she will not be leaving the country with an unpaid debt. But if the debt does not appear on the NBI and it is between her and the "loan company" then she has no issues.

 

This comes from personal experience.

Hi Guys need you help, I just want to ask. Will I be blacklisted in NBI dahil sa unpaid online loan ko. They keep on texting me na ipapablacklist nila ako sa NBI kapag di ko sya nabayaran and mag fifile daw sila ng case against me.

Did you read my reply. It's up a couple of post. I gave the conditions that this would have an affect on your NBI.

Did they take you to court?     If not.    Then NO issue
