My fiancé will be submitting the I-129f in a month and half, Im seeing where some people went through California, but we thought it had to go to Texas. Can we send it to California or does it have to go to Texas? Salamat

Don't worry, you'll not only go to California Service Center, but as a Philippine filer, you'll be expedited. Expect it to go much faster.

All applicants must send their applications to the Dallas, TX Lockbox facility. They send your application on from wherever it needs to go.

They may have been placed at the Texas Service Center, which has a backlog. However, I have to tell you, 5 months is very fast compared to how long some of us have been waiting. Individual circumstances in some cases may very, however you should have a much faster time than 5 months at California.
