I. Received my cc email notification today, I will wait until next week to start calling for IL but you guys that have cc in the beginning of last month , start call NVC, my pd Sept. 30 ,2013 and I got cc May 26,2013.Hope I get Il this week or next

My wife & My 2 daughters Visa Journey

09/21/1999 - Met
02/18/2012 - Johnny left for the US
07/26/2013 - Johnny went visiting
07/29/2013 - Got married in P-au-P
09/23/2013 - I-130 sent
09/30/2013 - PD
09/30/2013 - NOA-1 received in email

10/03/2013 - NOA 1 received in the mail
11/13/2013 - NOA-2 approved (in email)
11/18/2013 - NOA-2 received in snail mail

11/25/2013 - NVC received the case

12/05/2013 - NVC assigned case number

05/22/2015- NVC case completed over the phone

06/01/2015- cc email confirmation

Interview 08-05-2015 7AM Port-au-Prince

06/06/15 Ceac in AP status :cry: (they ask me for joint sponsor)

10/02/15 Ceac changed from AP to Issued (after almost 2 month)

10/07/15 Passport with Visa oh hand :dancing:

10/18/15 Ready to enter in US JFK airport

yup no need to be worry ,inshaALLAH we all get ILs very soon .

Regardless of category, NVC only schedules interviews at a set time, that was the entire intent and it was very useful information.

I checked other months also , they scheduled on the 31rst January and 2 march so it's too early to make this kind of assumptions ... Plus it doesn't make any sense , they're collecting the documents f

Congratulations! And let us stay hopeful for the good news! Will definately let you all know when i get my IL , and if someone gets a letter for july please let us know. I have searched so many forums but havent found anyone who has recieved date for July yet. Thanks

Great news ! Congratulations ! What was your scan date ?

After I replied to their checklist asking for just one police certificate, they scanned it on May 4th and I'm still waiting for CC.. It will be 30 days tomorrow.

Have you called them? I got a checklist too and after answering to that , i found out my case was already complete in april 30 , scan date was april 8 , when i called May 5 and got the cc email on 7th may. So you could find it out earlier if you keep calling them. All the best

Hey Alexandra, my scan date was April 24th after checklist but my case was complete on May 22nd over the phone, I called them every day, you should get cc this week, keep calling them

I did, 2 weeks ago and then again in the middle of the last week. Each time after waiting on hold for around 60 mins, they were only able to tell me that due to high volume of petitions it will be at least 30 days before they will review my docs. :(
