Regardless of category, NVC only schedules interviews at a set time, that was the entire intent and it was very useful information.

I checked other months also , they scheduled on the 31rst January and 2 march so it's too early to make this kind of assumptions ... Plus it doesn't make any sense , they're collecting the documents f

I have a question: are there any September filers who did NOT get interview for June and are still waiting...?

Priority Date - December 2, 2013

USCIS -

12/02/13 : NOA1 (Priority Date)

03/24/15 : Case Transferred from VSC to CSC

03/28/15 : Hard copy of transfer received in mail

04/14/15 : NOA2 ( I-130 Approved) - finally! (informed via text on 4/16/2015)

NVC -

04/29/15 : NVC received the case (informed during phone call to NVC on 5/01/2015

05/08/15 : Case number assigned and IIN (received via phone call on 5/14/2015)

05/12/15 : NVC Welcome letter mailed

05/19/15 : NVC Welcome received in mail

05/29/15 : DS-261 Finally Available on CEAC and completed

05/29/15 : AOS bill Available on CEAC and paid (status: IN PROCESS)

06/02/15 : AOS bill status: PAID

06/15/15 : IV invoice generated (notified by email) but unable to pay on CEAC...waiting...

07/05/15 : IV bill Finally Available on CEAC and paid (status: IN PROCESS)

07/08/15 : IV bill status: PAID

07/08/15 : DS-260 Available

07/12/15 : DS-260 completed and submitted

07/13/15 : AOS and IV package mailed to NVC

You should call nvc and ask about your case so that they will review ur case asap and they will sched you for interview

you should definitely call NVC and make some noise asap - especially now that your PD is current.

don't let them sit on your case like that.

My case has also not been completed yet, priority date 27 sep 2013 . I called NVC yesterday, the representative said he will escalate the case to supervisor for review of DS260.. Still waiting... He said it will take another 42 days... Its been already 60days since i have submitted all my documents to them. They havent touched my case yet. This is so very frustating....:-(

Keep on calling nvc thats too long to review...your pd is current so they should prioritize sept 2013 filers

I am yet to get IL, case completed 30th of April, i called yesterday and was told no interview scheduled yet, maybe it is from my Embassy, i would just wait, at least am current that is a good start.

Just called nvc and still no interview date scheduled for my case. Maybe due to the consulate in my country is overloaded. Then I have to wait for a couple of days to get the letter

thanks guillerm0rj0anna!.. that's what my husband is d0ing.. he's calling every n0w and then and asking update.. but the representative keeps 0n telling him that it wasn't reviewed yet.. :( :( :(

subi!.. i n0ticed that y0u t00 have y0ur case at verm0nt same as mine.. my PD is 24 sept 2013.. and what the representative is telling is the same lines what the representative is saying t0 husband as well.. this is s0000000 frustrating!.. what's g0ing 0n t0 verm0nt!!!!
