10/01/2013- NOA1

11/01/2013- NOA2-approved

12/10/2013- NVC received my case and get Case#

02/14/2015- Received email from NVC to pay AOS fee and choose agent

02/15/2015- DS-261 generated & filled and AOS fee paid

02/23/2015 - All documents sent

02/24/2015 - NVC received documents

02/28/2015 - NVC Scan Date 02/24/2015

03/04/2015 - Received email from NVC to pay IV fee

03/04/2015 - IV fee paid 03/17/2015 - IV shows "PAID"

03/17/2015 - DS-260 filled and 30 business days for review

03/31/2015 Stupid Checklist :( " need to mark that I'm LPR")

03/31/2015 Sent the corrected I-864EZ

04/01/2015 Scan Date of Stupid checklist

04/24/2015 CASE COMPLETED over phone :):dancing:

05/01/2015 CASE COMPLETED EMAIL

06/09/2015 Email received with interview Date :):dancing:

06/22/2015 Medical Exam Completed

07/07/2015 Interview Date :) :)

07/07/2015 CEAC changed to "Administrative Processing" they need another I-864 form because newborn baby

08/03/2015 Visa Issued :):dancing:

Regardless of category, NVC only schedules interviews at a set time, that was the entire intent and it was very useful information.

I checked other months also , they scheduled on the 31rst January and 2 march so it's too early to make this kind of assumptions ... Plus it doesn't make any sense , they're collecting the documents f

hey guys who got your interview date. What's your status on CEAC status check? Is it at NVC or Ready? Mine is still at NVC and I didn't have interview date yet. What's wrong with this month? it's too late compared to other months. :(.

My PD is Sept 12 ,2013. Completed on January 13,2015.

Really hope they send out the IL emails by the end of this week. We got the awesome news that interview has been scheduled. But we want to be able to see another NVC correspondence with that same great news.

Our case status still says "AT NVC" even though our interview is June 2 and we got verbal confirmation it was then on last week Friday.

I-130 was approved on 11/15/2013

I did wait almost 2 years for my visa available to be able to send I-485.

AOS

I-485 and I-765 were sent on 05/29/2015

USCIS Received Date June 02, 2015 

A check of $1070 was cashed by USCIS Chicago on 06/08/2015

Biometrics Appointment on July 1st, 2015

EAD is approved on August 10th 2015 (73 days)

Received EAD card on August 19th 2015

Sent renew EAD on April 9th 2016

Got interview notice on March 30th 2016

USCIS received on April 11th 2016

Interview Scheduled on May 3rd 2016

Approved on the spot - Handed print out approval notice.

Received 10 years GC in hand on May 7th 2016

N-400 

Filed online on 02/02/2021

NOA online on 02/02/2021

Received NOA in mail on 02/10/2021

Reuse Biometrics NOA online 02/19/2021

Received  in mail Reuse Biometrics NOA on  03/01/2021

Wow!! That's awesome news everyone!!!

Immediately, I went through my email, to see if I missed our IL email. I have been looking through it like every 5 minutes since I got the confirmation over the phone. This time I did it again, but also looked in SPAM folder, just in case.

Still nothing for us yet, we are crossing our fingers and everything else, that we will see it soon. Hopefully today, if not the latest, Friday.

So anxious - just want to see that lovely email.

Thank God, got my IL today, will do our medical on Monday.

Hopefully everything will work smoothly

Congratulation!!! finally...

USCIS Stage:

Dec 02 2013: Priority Date

Feb 28 2014: NOA 2 Received.

Aug 14 2014 : No Visa available letter

NVC Stage:

Feb 25 2015: DS 261 Completed

Feb 26 2015: AOS Fee Paid

April 10 2015: IV fee Paid and IV Packet sent

April 11 2015: DS-260 Completed

April 13 2015: Resend I-864 to NVC with Check list and Bar Coded Cover Sheet

April 14 2015: New Scan date Asigned

May 8 2015: E-mail with 2nd Check list, CC but I need new AOS form for interview day, because item missing.

May 14 2015: Case complete by e-mail.
