7abeby ya Kimo I don't know how long but by default its 60 days but may be it would be shorter. I will try to call them today again and I will keep you posted.

Additional processing you will find a link for that on the US embassy in Egypt website.

I hope they ask for documents before interview

02/23/2015 - All documents sent

02/24/2015 - NVC received documents

02/28/2015 - NVC Scan Date 02/24/2015

03/04/2015 - Received email from NVC to pay IV fee

03/04/2015 - IV fee paid 03/17/2015 - IV shows "PAID"

03/17/2015 - DS-260 filled and 30 business days for review

03/31/2015 Stupid Checklist :( " need to mark that I'm LPR")

03/31/2015 Sent the corrected I-864EZ

04/01/2015 Scan Date of Stupid checklist

04/24/2015 CASE COMPLETED over phone :):dancing:

Regardless of category, NVC only schedules interviews at a set time, that was the entire intent and it was very useful information.

I checked other months also , they scheduled on the 31rst January and 2 march so it's too early to make this kind of assumptions ... Plus it doesn't make any sense , they're collecting the documents f

Lol now i am considering spanish as extra language. Yea i know how you feel about the PD issue. If you look at my signature you would have an idea of how pained i was when the retrogression hit last year. I mean, i was just a day away from being current and for about 6 or 8 months the Current date never changed. When it finally changed, it was a retrogression...poof! Then it started moving again slowly till now that my PD became current. 80 percent of the people i met on this thread have long migrated and probably forgotten about this forum. One key thing is to understand that, definitely, your turn will come!

Wow....so got hit by retrogression with a one day delay. hmnn....It must have been a nightmare. Anyway, thank God it is almost over now for you. My PD is august 2014.

I have a friend who was hit by retrogression i remember my daughter was cc one day before her. My daughter was interviewed may 2013. And my friend was interviewed april 2014. It was so frustrating for her. But as what Shadowflex says your turn will come. Every movement matters :)

I still don't have my interview date. They kept telling me "no visa available for your case". Anyone get your IL email yet?

My Pd is Sept 12, 2013

I read some people with PD late September got IL. I think you will be current for June VB and you will get IL soon if your case is complete.

Specifically, in my country you need to bring the IL before your medical exam will be scheduled.

Nothing yet , you're right we need to get the IL to prepare the documents and do everything else

I called them yesterday and told me same thing no visa available for you the cut off is 01-Sep-13

I told her yes but this for May, 2015 what about June, 2015 you usually send emails to who have interview in June she said yes but not yet, I said what about people get interview date now she said some times they have update for some cases, and at the end she told me to call again end of this week

I think may be because my case just completed in 24-April-2015

Hopefully i'll get the interview soon :)

I called about the email an the guy who answered te phone said it take about seven days to get the email

Yes, I called too they say it takes 7 to 9 days for the computer

To generate IL email
