Regardless of category, NVC only schedules interviews at a set time, that was the entire intent and it was very useful information.

I checked other months also , they scheduled on the 31rst January and 2 march so it's too early to make this kind of assumptions ... Plus it doesn't make any sense , they're collecting the documents f

I got IL in my email yayyyyy ... The medical examination date is not in there . Do u know why ?

You have to go and schedule the medical exam by yourself.

Usually, nvc schedules interview date, time and location.

And you need to get the medical exam done before the interview date.

Hi Folks, I ve just received the long waited IL email from NVC stating required documents for interview thanksss God

And it arrived today which is the second anniversary of my marriage

PD August6 2013.

IL June 1st.

Call nvc to request ur IL if u know that ur IL date was already scheduled.

Hi all,

I got the Interview Letter in my email too. Now I guess I am finally done with NVC.

However, i have been advised to get another police certificate since the previous certificate was submitted over a year ago. They also mentioned about submitting a recent and updated Affidavit of Support which may mean I need to send 2014 Tax documents. I am not sure if this is mandatory, please advise if you know better.

I plan to get my Medical done perhaps this weekend so that i can have all the time to prepare for the interview or even request for an earlier interview date.

It's mandatory to bring everything that's stated in your I/L. If you don't, expect to get 221g. That'll delay your visa.
