Do you need to send a copy of your marriage license?

I've seen some mention this, but I do not see it on the directions of the form. Did you send a copy? (certified or copy)?

They already have a copy of it from the AOS process. I won't send another one since it's not asked for.

That's my thinking also. Then I see some people sending in copies of passports too, which isn't asked for.

I don't think I will send a copy of passport. Again, it's not asked for, and would just make the whole package unnecessarily bulky. I'd rather throw in another copy of evidence instead.

In some cases, passport stamps might prove that the two of you travel together, so copies of the passport might be relevant for some, but not for others.

But they already know you're legally married. You should concentrate on evidence that shows the marriage is bona fide and not for immigration purposes. I don't see how adding yet another copy of the marriage certificate helps prove that point.

You don't need to send a copy of the marriage certificate at all.

Only when you gonna file the N-400 you will need to submit it.

I haven't sent a copy either. I suppose that the conditional residence card itself shows that there was a marriage license.
