document questions before filing

Hi guys, hope you can help me out again on these:

LETTER OF INTENT:

We will be filing in Nebraska Service Center, for this part (USCIS service center address) do I have to put in USCIS Nebraska Service CenterP.O. Box 87130Lincoln, NE 68501-7130 ?

DATES:

Do I have to put in the date when I signed the documents ( like letter of intent and G-325A) or the date when my Fiance will file the petition? I will be sending him the documents on the 16th and it will reach him most likely on the 23rd. We can file on the 26th of Feb.

The date is the date you sign the documents
