Where to send I-864W

Dear All,

I have a couple of questions regarding I-864W. Here is a brief background:

I am sponsoring my wife and six months old daughter. For my daughter, I sent regular I-864 form with all supporting documents. Today, I found out from NVC that I was supposed to send I-864W instead. Ooops, looks like my fault, I should have read instructions carefully!! Now the problem is that I am out of the country on business for 2 months and no one has access to my mail box. As a result, I would not know what exact request NVC has sent regarding form I-864W. However, If I can get some informtion from VJ members regarding what type of docs NVC requests, I will be able to prepare and send forms from overseas. Here are my questions:

1. What address do I send I-864W to?

2. Will the coversheet with this form be the same as we receive with original instructions of I-864? (I can prepare it using james shortcut)

3. What other information NVC needs with I-864W?

4. Will NVC send back all docs and forms that I sent with original I-864?
