Does anyone know the process of how I 751 Applications are reviewed?

Once you send out the application, we all know that at some point we get NOA for one year extension. then Biometrics appointment letter.

What is the internal working once the Biomentrics is completed till you get an approval??

It sits in a box for six months or so until the adjudicator pulls it and gives it the ~20 minutes required to decide whether to approve, deny, or issue an RFE.

Does that mean that the application sits there getting dusted for 6 months...and then it gets roughly 20 mins or less and a decision is made? You think that they are either under staffed or over loaded with work of this kind?

Because that's basically what happens. I'm sure there are other bells and whistles involved (name checks, etc.), but at the end of the day your file sits in a box on a shelf in a USCIS office whilst everyone else in front of you gets processed, until it eventually becomes your turn. There's not much more to it than that.
