RFE - Asking for which state we will get married in

Exactly my thoughts Cody and Daisy. Hopefully though, my experience might help others in similar circumstances from avoiding an RFE. Then again, maybe they haven't updated the form because they suspect that full countrywide recognising of same sex marriage is imminent, in which case the I-129F form won't even need to be changed.

As for Ohio, well, it has it's moments! My partner is tired of the brutal winters and the backward attitudes of some of the people there (the fact that it still doesn't recognise same sex marriages speaks volumes). Florida has it's bad points too, though as of January this year they now recognise same sex marriages. Also we feel the pluses outweigh the minuses, and of course, there's the year round warm weather. Bar the odd hurricane of course...!
