NVC told me to send in the documentation twice...

Okay so here is my problem:

I had sent in all my documentation via email the first time around. I called the NVC to see if they received it and Dale (the contact I spoke to) advise me to send it again via mail.

I did this and sent it via UPS. I received an email last week saying the opened the mail and its started processing.

Today I received an email about the Email documentation I had sent saying the received it but couldn't open it.

What the heck should I do? I am trying to call them, but they are busy...I am just wondering if I should be worried. On the website, they said whatever documentation they receive first they will continue to process that way. They received the UPS first, so should I not bother with this email? or should I just send in what they asked for?

Damn NVC

ARGH.

Okay so I just got off the phone with them and they said, "It looks like we are processing the emails, lulz".

..but I was told before by another agent if I had sent in a manually and it was received by the NVC they would process that first because the email is taking forever.

So after speaking to this new agent, she told me to send an email to ASKNVC and tell them to only process the mail we sent manually.

Hopefully, this works.

*cries*

If they had issues opening the email but received the mail package, I reckon they'll work with the only viable option.. the mail package.

Give it about a week and find out for sure.
