Oh ok. Then I have to update my forms then because Only put my married name on my AOS and Maiden name on EAD and AP.

Also i don't know if you can answer this but i posted this question here already but let me ask you,

With I-864 I understand I need to list down my husband 3 most recent Tax year, however my husband didn't file tax for 2013 as he was a full time student someone told me to just put $0 but the instruction says to provide written explanation and evidence as to why he didn't file tax, we called his school to obtain copy of his transcript and we couldn't get copy as he has balance so do we still need to provide written explanation and evidence? Do we need to declare his 3 most recent tax year or just the latest one?

You only need to list you husband's most recent income and include a copy of his most recent tax return and W-2 (which is 2014). Additional years are optional, though USCIS can ask for them if they so choose... which is rarely.

If your husband's 2014 income was adequate to meet the I-864P poverty guidelines requirements, only provide that year.
