Yes, visa was approved today. This is not rocket science, no lawyer is needed.

I give all credit to the members here at VJ that helped me through this.

Funniest thing is after we get home and eat and take a nap I wake up and tell her let's go to the mall and get you a few things to celebrate. She looks at me like I killed her puppy and says " Oh no lindo, I no want shopping here save the money. We are going to Macy's in about two weeks!"

HAHAHAHAHA - I am literally a 10 minute walk from Conway; guess where my Fiance is shopping. :)

She's gotten enough stuff from Macy's on my 8 trips there...LOL

I'm heading there next Friday, and she'll be here that Monday. Tuesday, I'll be taking her shopping for stuff for my our apartment then meeting and then visiting our friends.

We are lucky that we have mutual friends (everyone is more like family) so it's going to be nothing but fun for the next few weeks.

Congratultions to you!

Received my approved visa in the post today! So happy after almost a year to finally get in my hands.

A big thank you to all those v'jers who have helped along the way, this isn't the end of the road by a long shot and I will

need all the help again for the next steps! But at least I won't be alone be alone taking those steps, with this community and also of course

my beautiful finacee finally by my side!

Congrats!

We too did ours without a lawyer and so far have had no issue. At the beginning of May we can apply for the removal of my conditions for my GC.. SOOOOO excited!

:goofy: CONGRATS;.ENJOY YOUR TIME AND I WILL BE ALL EARS TO HEAR HOW THE INTERVIEW WAS HANDLED...MY HUSBAND IS DOMINIGAN AND IS IN THE D.R. HOPEFULLY OUR INTERVIEW WILL BE IN JUNE/JULY.OUR VISA PACKET IS BEING COMPLETED BY OUR ATTORNEY BEFORE SENDING TO nVC...SO I AM GETTING ANXIOUS........ :dancing::dancing:
