They all come one at a time. I wish they'd just show up at the same time, once a year or something.

They must think I have no other friends to entertain throughout the year.....

May be they think I exist here solely to host them.

These are people from the same family. February, March, May......WT-F man......

next one to say they're coming. I'm gonna tell them I'm in Canada.

Is it that hard for you to say NO to them?

Tell them you have little egg roll to take care now, not convenient to host them in your house anymore.

Why was it snowing for most of the day today?

man i knew it was too good to be true. i was left off the title despite the loan officer's assurance i'd be on it. i told the notary i don't want to wait for the papers to be redrawn so i guess until we decide we want to pay another recording fee that's just how its gonna be.

also, it hailed today. hail hurts!

and i went with the polka dots cos my nails were too short to make the hearts look good. i did two colors, mint with gray dots and gray with mint dots.

Nail pics now.....

And, how do you know that J didn't purposely tell them to leave you off the title huh?

because i was there when the real estate agent as well as the loan officer assured him that even if he checked the "married man purchasing separate property" (or some wordage like that) box that they were asking him to (as i'm a non-borrowing spouse), that i would still be on the deed.

also, despite three email clarifications to the loan officer and i'm not sure how many phone calls, my name listed was still not my full legal name and didn't match my ID. the notary had me write my REAL name as an aka. wth?

I think these people are on crack. I hope you REALLY want this house.

Because my name was on the offer and counter offer etc... that is how I got on the title.

The funniest part of our house was that I saw it, told hubs we should put in an offer, which we did, and it was accepted before he even saw the house.
