It actually messes with your insulin levels and makes you want to eat more. Same thing is true about partial and non-fat foods.

This same reason is why I'm craving a big fat greasy steak. Because I've been on a super low fat diet.

i drink a lot of diet coke. i don't do it to lose weight or because it is less sweet than regular coke, i just really, really like diet coke. coke zero doesn't work for me either, its gotta be diet.

Just got off the phone with social security disability for older daughter. I don't think they understand IEP's well.

They wanted to know her last grade finished, but if you go through her IEP she can't say she actually graduated highschool.

We did grades 8 to 12 but her IEP is set to her level not what highschoolers take so she didn't really finish it.

So her last grade really in school was the 7th grade, but I don't know if they understood what I was saying?
