China may not want to conquer the world using Military power but they are exporting their uncouth, uneducated people all over the world as mass invasion.

A great many of them are couth and educated, si man, but the takeover artists might be more as you say, sigh ma'am.

so...we got the clear to close yesterday evening and documents have been sent to escrow as of this morning. LO says escrow is out of state and she is not sure how to get us signed?!!?!? am i wrong to assume that the title company could get a mobile notary?

hmm? what do you mean? the plan is to move in there. well, i will be in singapore working for the next few years, but eventually we will both be living in that house.


besides, the alternative is to pay nearly double to rent. next year when my landlord increases rent again, it will be more than double.

yeah, i can see how you'd think that, and if it was solely up to me, i'd definitely prefer to stay in singapore. but it's not just me, and i don't have veto rights on this decision.
