Nothing irrational about it, sigh ma'am.

broken hearted that we were so close to buying a home we really loved and now we can't even stay at this place because our lease is up tomorrow and we're too late to renew it and i have no idea where we're gonna be on sunday. some hotel/motel/something.

You were hornswoggled by owlhoots, grrr and sigh ma'am. You'll find something, si ma'am.

Now, here I am, sitting by myself, blogging with you guys, having dim sum. I'm just glad that I have a moment to myself.

And my BIL is complaining that he's lonely and don't wanna be by himself. <sigh> he'll learn.....

I guess that's why I like fishing, aside being a life long passion, it lets me get away for a few hours.....

Golf does the same thing. But I don't like to play golf....

I like quiet time from time to time, but I tend to hate the quiet after awhile :)

No one's bothering me at the restaurant today......

Don't wanna jinx it......

Did it stay that way?

After this, I'm a gonna go to HD, get some plants, and plant them!

And that's even more sad :(

I know, it still bugs us she was only 3.

Guys, I got promoted today! :) Happy Friday!

I'm feeling super fat today, which makes no sense because I haven't gained any weight recently... It think it's a Netflix/pajamas kind of day. :D

Congratulaions!

I got confused just reading that, lol. I basically will continue doing the same job, I just get more money for it now. :)

I found my BAC Visa :)

It was in the kitchen cupboard.....

Yay! Now stop losing it!

Here's the kid when she was 1, next to our backyard winter-melon......

Ontarklar didn't multiquote us, no man.

Fortunately, we thrive on rejection, D ma'am.

Mid-Friday mid-report, middle man:

Awoke feeling somewhat better after Heap Strong Medicine, jury still out man.

Saw debris-like stuff on back patio, see closer man.

Sewer-line backup, egad man!

Casa-warranty co. said $Many, or double the routine $Many, for emergency call, grrr man.

We reluctantly schedule same for "today, guaranteed," yeah right man.

Have not heard from co. or contractor yet, big surprise man.

Mrs. T-B. says that line seems to have cleared by itself, serendipity man.

Is running final tests on it now, she man.

Meanwhile, we went to ES in huge ritzy casa, wow man.

The take, see man:

-- cutting-board

-- large serving-spoon

-- large serving-fork

-- small tongs

Total, see man: $Many ($2+2+2), fair man.

Then stopped at hardware store, not a chain man.

Looking for a Many-inch threaded cap for sewer cleanout, recap man.

Store had Many-inch and Many-inch, but not a Many-inch, oddball size man.

We shall need to visit a plumbing-supply casa for a Many-inch cap, sigh man.

Struggling to stay awake, field POTSs orders, and make weekly quota, short day man.

Ontarklar's ex-customers are the easiest sales, re-gruntle them man.

Many GSs on itinerary for Saturday, if no rain man.

However, shall plan to attend only a couple, si man.

Then hit road with brood for small towns, adventure man.

Afternoon/evenin', Commie- and other babes with +1 inventories!

broken hearted that we were so close to buying a home we really loved and now we can't even stay at this place because our lease is up tomorrow and we're too late to renew it and i have no idea where we're gonna be on sunday. some hotel/motel/something.

i don't have the time to pursue litigation. i'm going back to singapore in 10 days. i would not burden jonas with it all by himself.

You will be right where you are Sunday as a holdover tenant. what do you think you're the only person this happens to? Not everything is going to go 100% smooth, and in your favor. You keep going, look to extend the lease, and if you can't, go look for another apartment. Stop worrying. You can graciously stay a month or 2 as a holdover. No one will fault you for that.

Can you imagine how many people sold their house, and at closing, failed to close on their new house? What do you think, they're gonna be homeless?

Check Tiff's personal effects, sigh man.

You fookey dope....I found it!

You know your Polish math, take a guess. If there's 10 answers. And you take a guess at 1....you have a what....50% chance of getting it right?

1- I want "me" time all the time, now the kiddo driving me nuts lol

2- yes, except I stayed there longer than expected, because I ran into a couple of friends and yapped for an hour.....

3- It's in my credit card box now......but it's kinda full......

And Brat, the seller (the bank seller), you can't tell me that they're not willing to extend the contract. I doubt they'll cancel it on you. If the delay is only a couple of weeks. they will go with the "definite" resolution, rather than "may be" by putting the thing back on the market. Unless they already have a back up offer from a cash buyer whom is ready to close.

If Kat decides to FU, and not buy the house anymore, does she have to pay anything?
