I have to figure it out now. I'll have to sit down and read it over again later. I used to love those logic puzzles in school!

And we will but not tonight. Hubby works as a cook so he's got double shifts all weekend.

Well, I know this isn't TD or Citi. Because they'd be going ape fook right now if you're not happy. Heads would roll.

I know HSBC is out of business in America except NYC, they're famous for terrible customer satisfaction. But there's no HSBC in WA.

Wells Fargo is big out there.

Countrywide is absorbed by BAC.

Chase is terrible.......

may be if you out with which financial institution you went to, we'd be able to point out somethings?

i am feeling irrationally broken hearted. i know it will pass, but gah, we were so so close.

Broken hearted over what??

Here's the kid when she was 1, next to our backyard winter-melon......

What is your loss as a result of this?

If you can prove liability, then you file suit for damages.

My Hubs' friend was refinancing his mortgage with US Bank a while ago.

The loan officer handling his case kept getting the info/instructions wrong after his repeatedly corrections.

He was so angry that he called up the branch manager to threaten to leave the bank if they did not get someone competent to work on his refinancing case.

In the end, US bank got someone else to work on his case.

broken hearted that we were so close to buying a home we really loved and now we can't even stay at this place because our lease is up tomorrow and we're too late to renew it and i have no idea where we're gonna be on sunday. some hotel/motel/something.

i don't have the time to pursue litigation. i'm going back to singapore in 10 days. i would not burden jonas with it all by himself.
