back from hair appt! went a slightly richer brown this time, and for the first time in over a year, chopped off more than half of my hair. i just wasn't feeling the butt long tresses anymore.

My poor lab had to be kept away from the Tornado when she learned to walk. She tried to eat her, we ended up putting her down as nothing would help.

But labs are known for being family dogs, ans deep seated maternal instincts.....

Yes she tried more then once. Our vet basically said nothing would help and we don't have the luxury to try multiple things as the risk was too much.

The Tornado and her used to play with each other, all the time but as soon as she learned to crawl/walk then the dog snapped! We kept them separated while we tried to figure out what the heck was going on. The second time the dog tried to get past me to get her, so that was clear what her intentions were.

I remember my mother dog......every time she saw a baby, of any kind (any species), she went nuts. She was all tensed up. And must work past her way through anyone to get to the baby. And when she does, she'd try to feed it and snuggle it. That was the reason. Granted, she was only 12 lbs wet.....
