just got email from loan officer...my birthdate "somehow" got entered as 2015 instead of 19xx so the documents need to be resubmitted (again). we won't be doing any signing today, and maybe even not tomorrow. gotta laugh a little at how ridiculous this all is, right?

holy heck I'm bored. Hubs went 2 hours out of town for work and still isn't back to the shop yet. I think it's mcfatty's for dinner. Thank god there is only one more work day in this week. it's been quite the week....

Had a text convo with hubs this morning because I was angry. We don't seem to talk or do anything together. I feel like I text him and he ignores me. He doesn't feel the phone is for socializing, but why else would I have one. I told him I was spoiled during our long distance relationship and this is the reality and it makes me angry. He did make me feel better about it but both of us feel we need to do more together. He just wants it to be spontaneous but I kinda feel like that stuff isn't spontaneous. We don't do MMOs together much because he does them too quickly. I like doing well at things, but I know if I relax about it, I don't get so angry at myself for not doing as well as I want. Just like work today. Because of this morning I was already sensitive, so my boss comes around and is asking why things aren't done. I must have seemed a little defensive, which I was because dammit we're trying, and she said she's just asking so she knows where we're at, not because she's upset things aren't done. I'm already angry at myself because my part is not done as far as I feel it should be, and I let her know that was the reason I was defensive. On another day it likely wouldn't have bothered me how she asked the question, but today it did.

I also don't like her business practices. I think because she likes me and my work, she treats me better than she would another employee. I know she purposely makes it so people quit and singles out people she doesn't like, and it's not professional to let your personal opinions rule a store like that. Maybe I just did that today and need to make sure I control my emotions better as well.

Generally I do a good job of that at work, but today because of hubs, I was already sensitive and over reactive

I hope I get the library job.
