My daughter also really doesn't like to play by herself, which is odd for an only child, IMO. Problem solved with sibling and next door neighbor who is in her class.

Mini-B.'s preferred (by us) playmate lives 2 houses down but is too often busy.

The little blonde hellion lives Many houses down and was over here again today, setting yet another bad example and steaming Mrs. T-B. royally.

Compressed sales of pre-owned toilet seats into a couple of hours, concentrate man.

Showed up in court, party of the first part man.

Successfully sued the delinquent payees, stick knife in and twist man.

They are now a barely living example to all who follow, tremble man.

After resounding victory, deposited tax refund, bank man.

Tellers and manager again genuflected in my presence, awestruck man.

Returned to casa and semisuccessfully napped but without cat, semi-zzz no miu man.

Went to Aldi Foods and spent $Many, even with use of $Many coupon, sigh man.

so, the house loan has been sent to the underwriter, and we were assured documents would be sent to escrow by wednesday. i don't know whether to have faith in anything my loan officer says anymore, so all i can do is hope and pray it works out. our lease ends on saturday. i have no idea what kind of timeframe we're looking at, i did look at some real estate forums and compared timelines but they are all so different. as far as i can tell, no one has gone from underwriting to closing in under a week though. and in the homebuyer's class jonas went to, they said keys will not be exchanged at closing, the funds have to be held overnight before the keys can be handed over. feel like i'm growing a year older with every day that passes and i don't hear from the loan officer.

I suggest you talk with the seller directly,

and inquire if you can temporarily stay there prior to the actual closing.

This is done often in Texas - a temporary lease (of sorts) document added to the pile. If for a week to two weeks, sometimes this is a free bonus, even the seller paying for the utilities. But it must be negotiated, and I sense this wasn't even a topic for discussion.

I've been watching your posts about this - I still not see any mention of YOU actually signing any documents, and that bothers me. Sure, it's difficult for a recent immigrant to have a high-enough credit score to chase after a mortgage - that's why I'm a fan of a private seller-financed-mortgage - where the final loan decision is made with the seller - not any mortgage company. Sure, it's rare, but the hassle is reduced.

Seriously, ask the boss if equity is even possible at your firm. Equity rocks. Isna common, you gotta be a rock-star coder.
