So, Tiff's family back in Malaysia.

Sister 2 married off, sister 3 went to Singrapore to work. You guys knew that.

My in laws are back in the home village. FIL tapping rubber trees. MIL caring for sister 2's daughter (Because her in laws, hate her).

So now, my BIL, who has lived a sheltered life. Is finding it lonely and depressing to live in Kuala Lumpur in the condo by himself.

Having few friends, he moves a down on his luck co-worker into the flat. After a couple of months, the guy started thinking that my BIL is gay, because the BIL always wants to eat with him, do stuff with him, etc. So now, this guy stopped associating with him. And moved out lol.

The BIL, good kid, but he doesn't know how to keep his own company.

Man when I was in my 20s, I loved being by myself.....

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

1. Little Mini-B. never wants to play by himself, and he does so only if he thinks that he's being closely observed, poor wee man.

2. You're still in your Manys, so enjoy it further after dismissing every member of Tiff's family including herself, whee man.

Last year (Many months ago), when Mrs. T-B. & Mini-B. were in Ecu, I enjoyed being alone immensely, si man. Of course, all the rubias were constantly present, so I was never alone, no man, but I didn't care, no and whee man.

Off-logging to go to court to sue the delinquent-paying purchasers of pre-owned toilet seats, take warning man. (Steveklar knows the details, on-the-QT man.)

It is ok to have room mate so that one does not feel lonely and has someone to look out for you.

But sticking to the room mate like a velcro tape is too much lah..

My daughter also really doesn't like to play by herself, which is odd for an only child, IMO. Problem solved with sibling and next door neighbor who is in her class.

USC who lived in Manabí, Ecuador with hubby from 2009 - 2013. Hubby became a naturalized American citizen in August 2016. Currently living together in northern Virginia.
