he could not put her on the plane altogether or prevent her from going next time. He did suggest she come in October too. Hubs thinks she should come for xmas again.

I know we should get a court agreement but now that I'm here I dont know how to go about it. Shes been flying out of the country to see me since I moved, this is nothing new and I pay extra for an unaccompanied minor. The first visit she drove down and decided that was WAY too long so flew after that. She's been on planes since she was 3 months old.

That what I was trying to figure out, just how much of a donkey he would be!

You need a lawyer in her hometown they have jurisdiction and always will. They can do most of the work without you being there. He is in Alberta right?

With it being Canada and the US it's not any different then two different states really.

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

Forgot to mention what lunch was today, ADD man.

As usual, on any Sunday and when the temperature is under Many digits, = soup, sigh man.

In Ecu, and in the Dominican Republic as far as we can tell, read next line man...

...the eating of soup requires a spoon, knife, fork, & extra plate, headsmack man.

We have striven to comprehend this inefficiency, struggle man.

Mrs. T-B. does not accept that the inefficiency is an aberration, no she man.

We have tried to explain that this is why Ecu remains a Many'rd-world country, gee man.

Logic and reason do no good, no and no and sigh man.

Dinner was the same as lunch, sigh man.

Not leftovers, but a repeat, good grief man.

At least Mrs. T-B. makes something and is therefore not Tiff in that regard, no man.
