I am scared that's how it will go down. The stupiest part is he's always willing to pay for her plane ticket if I go up to see my mom vs her coming to visit me. The only thing that makes me think he would like that is because then my husband isn't around and it's another control issue. He doesn't even see his control issues.

As a parent, I'm not sure how comfortable I'd be with flying my kid out of the country all the time to see the other parent, especially if we weren't living in separate countries to begin with. It could be that he is upset that you left the country to start out with?

Sorry. A bit lost. Do you not have a court order granting visitation rights, Niki? I would try to get one.

I think part of the problem is kids in this situation tend to take the path of least resistance...is he putting pressure on her to stay with him?

I would get a court order of some sort so even if things don't work out the way you want them, at least she will know in the future that you put up a fight for her...

I would like to repeatedly punch my ex boyfriend in the face and then kick him in the nuts until they no longer exist. And yet I don't think either of those things would express how much distaste I have for him and how angry I am that I still feel like he's controlling my ###### life.

Now tell us how you really feel, Niki-B.

(Uh, she just did, see man...)

1. Because your hindquarters are going to be fried, bye man.

Plus it's his own fault for backing out of the agreed month. I don't know if he is just used to you doing what he says and he thinks he can get away with it. But if you stood up and told him to bad so sad I'm getting her for the month what would happen?

he could not put her on the plane altogether or prevent her from going next time. He did suggest she come in October too. Hubs thinks she should come for xmas again.

I know we should get a court agreement but now that I'm here I dont know how to go about it. Shes been flying out of the country to see me since I moved, this is nothing new and I pay extra for an unaccompanied minor. The first visit she drove down and decided that was WAY too long so flew after that. She's been on planes since she was 3 months old.

Then it's simply that he wants you there at Many instead of at Many, repeat duh man.

Most-of-Sunday most-of-report, mostly read it man:

Awoke rather groggily but in less back-pain than expected, Heap Strong medicine man.

Mrs. T-B. in major mood, avoid she man.

In Mrs.-T-B.-mobile, took Mini-B. to Mama T-B.'s, spoilage man.

Began first of Many laundry loads, Thread Laundress man.

Monsoon began outside, will it ever end man.

Our defensive mow-lawning of yesterday paid off again, self-backslap man.

Mama T-B. reported no rain at her casa, senior she man.

Set forth to retrieve Mini-B. as monsoon followed, Murphy's Law man.

Mini-B. upset that T-B.-mobile not used for chauffeuring task, indignant wee man.

Continued with #2 of Many LLs, Thread Laundress man.

Monsoon continued, yards a lake and side yards a river, supersaturated man.

Discovered unattended package of store-brand Oreo cookies, ingest man.

Got glorious nap of 2 hours, finally zzz man.

LL #Many (2+2+1) now baking, last officially required LL man.

Might electively warsh a bedspread or two, much miu-hair man.

Still apparently nothing for dinner, ingest nothing man.

Gripping tale to be continued, stay on seat-edges man...

You need a lawyer in her hometown they have jurisdiction and always will. They can do most of the work without you being there. He is in Alberta right?

With it being Canada and the US it's not any different then two different states really.

Of course he is. I left him. But we never stayed together because of us. It was because of her.
