Hey, don't worry about it. I know all about what it is like to move to a country and desperately want to go back home. Not every country is a good fit for everyone.

As to update - yesterday was the first day home from the NICU. They could find nothing wrong despite a whole battery of tests except that he came in dehydrated. The doctor we saw the first night in the NICU thought it might be that and that he was just a rare case that wasn't built to withstand waiting for my milk to come in. He still won't breastfeed long enough, so I'm pumping, breastfeeding, and formula feeding to keep him hydrated. He's also got to be fed every 3-4 hours without fail. It is tiring, but he seems so much healthier now.
