I got some time on Minecraft with the kiddo. I super appreciate hubs making the effort, especially since in the past he hasn't been known to. It makes it more special. It's funny because I often get him funny cards, but he always, without fail, gets me sappy ones that make me cry. He isn't an outwardly emotional person, so the cards he picks out tell me how he feels.

My ex was horrible about mother's day in my direction (he thought it was only about HIS mom, not all moms) so I'm not surprised he hasn't encouraged our daughter to make an effort.


I should say he did make an effort when she was about 3 or 4 until when I left, but I guess he figures because we're not together then he doesn't need to anymore. And I guess he doesn't

3 of the older boys are working, and the 2 littles are too little daughter can barely cook. And well the Hillbilly thinks he's done for the day after flowers and a card. Oh and he thinks his ribs from last night was enough. :bonk::bonk:

I don't do caffeine :P I think it was the veggies in the supplements that did it for me.
