Mini-B. imitating and inventing stories with his actual cars in real time, wee man.

Mini-B. then wanted to read books, so no nap for us, no zzz we man.

Rant, grrrr man: Today (April the Manyth) is the Manyth anniversary of our having been hosed at the royal-illegitimate-male-child Guayaquil consulate, may the then-consular-staff all burn in Hades, illegitimates man.

That can be deducted thru time no? Or taken out of the 401/ 457

It's military retirement so it can't be taken out of anything as far as I understand. He moves it, or he loses it. We could pay the money owed to move it over time and he tried to do this a year ago so we could pay it gradually. The lump sum needs to be paid by his 3 year mark with the FAA or he is charged interest on it. It didnt go through last year (not sure why) and he's a massive procrastinator.

He did get a pin and certificate for his 10 years of service to the US government.

loan officer says we are set to close tonight. i know i keep saying that lol...hope it really happens!

oh and i gave some "feedback" to our realtor's managing broker about his constant stream of misinformation. well i guess i know where he got that from, because the broker was in complete agreement with him. "no, you cannot select your own escrow company. your contract says you can? well i don't have the contract in front of me. in any case, the seller can refuse to use the escrow you select, so its to your advantage to use the seller's choice."

Trains coming at me from all directions man. Almost got hit many times....
