Our join sponsor told me that she read in the government's website that it was required just one year.

I remember reading somewhere about the last three years.

My husband took the last 4. Since 2011-2014, we just wanted to have more evidence. However, they didn't ask for any. BTW- that lady in the video robbed us $400 ? she took advantage and gave us misleading information about three years ago. Our first consultation was $200 and she told us to come back with a FBI report. We did, and she told us "oh sorry, you can't sponsor your husband" I started

Crying bc she could have said that the first time instead of having us come back and pay again. She started laughing and said "aawww she is crying bc she is happy you are not leaving" I was extremely upset and Walked out!

thanks so much for your response! been preparing for my husband to fly to tx on wed. and we just got his approval notice in the mail this past wed afternoon and his interview is a week from today- next friday! so nervous!!! but thanks so much for your input and response! Im glad your husband was approved! its such a relief to correspond with others going through this process around the same time and get their advice/input/ experiences!
