My fiance and I are marrying in the beginning of May, in the Philippines. After that, she wishes to work and stay with my parents in Taiwan while she waits for our Cr1 process to go through and come be with me in the U.S. My question is, under what method should she go about to be with my parents for a few months? And how?

Sounds like she needs a work visa for Taiwan.
