How many photos do I need for AOS?

Hi everyone!

My husband and I will be applying for my AOS soon. I am also applying for EAD and AP. On the guide for AOS in Guides section of VJ, it only mentions 2 pass type photos for the G-325a only. Do I also need to attach two photos for both EAD and AP? So will it be 6 photos in total? And can I put all of the photos in the same bag or do I need to attach them behind the corresponding forms?

Thanks!

And also, do the photos really have to be taken in the last 30 days? I look the same as last year :P

Yes, yes and yes.

2 photos each for each form. And attached to each form seperately.

Also yes they should be recent. And should be US passport sized.

Thanks for the reply!

Also, in all the cover letters I see, there is a biographical page and marriage certificate listed for all the forms. Since I am applying to them all in the same package, would it not be enough to put just one marriage certificate, one passport bio page and one G-1145? Or do I really need three of these all?

Obviously you need that for AOS.

But for EAD and AP you need your I-94, passport biographical page, and visa page. Each.

Just stole this checklist from somewhere.

This is pretty perfect.

- G-1145 Notification of application/petition acceptance

- Cover letter

- money order payment of $1070 made payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security

- I-485 Application to Adjust Status for NUSC with the following supporting documents.

- copy of birth certificate

- copy of Passport biographical page

- copy of K1 Visa

- copy of electronic I-94

- copy of NOA2 from I-129F

- certified copy of marriage certificate

2. G-325A Biographic Information for NUSC

- G-325A attached question, employment information

- two (2) passport-style photos

3. Copy Of Vaccination Document Worksheet, showing completed vaccinations for NUSC

4. I-864 Affidavit of Support filed by USC with:

- copy of his birth certificate

- Tax forms for 2011/2012

- Extract of Payslips for the last 10 months

- IRS tax forms for 2011/12/13

6- I-765 Application for Employment Authorization for NUSC with:

- two (2) passport-style photos of NUSC

- copy of Passport biographical page

-copy of K1 visa

- copy of electronic I-94

7. I-131 Application for travel document (Advanced parole)

- two (2) passport style photos of NUSC

- Copy of passport biographical page

- copy of K-1 visa

- copy of electronic I-94

-- and after read it properly and then going back to where I stole it, I just realised this is MY first checklist...

I think I couldn't make it clear in my question, I'm sorry! :)

Do I need to have 3 marriage certificates and 3 passport copies in the package, just because I am filing for 3 forms, or will one of each that I attach with I-485 will be enough for the others?

One marriage certificate with AOS alone.

3 each off the passport biographical, visa, I-194

(I did answer this with my cover page above, maybe did that after you posted...)

I-94 not needed for the I-131 or I-765. See this for what is required for those 2 forms > http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/472439-evidence-for-756-and-131/?p=6723671

Recently I have seen a few RFEs for the I-765 for those that have changed their name through marriage. It is processed separately from the I-485, so it might be helpful to go ahead and put a copy of your marriage certificate with the I-765 as well as with the I-485.
