Question regarding Medical Appointment as I do not have past immunization records

Hi Guys - I have a quick question, I'm yet to receive my interview letter (it should be coming sometime in June) and my question is that:

I don't have past immunization records as they were lost, what happens when I go in for the medical? Will the medical examiner just deem me as "ineligible" for a visa or will they give me all required vaccinations and I shouldn't have a problem during my immigrant visa interview?

Any help/insight will be greatly appreciated.

Yes you will get all vaccinations while having your medical test..
