Please anybody can tell me the difference of I 864 and I 864ez. I am the petitioner, should I fill up the Form I 864 or I 864ez? I have my father as a joint sponsor. (My dad filled up I-864) since I don't meet the poverty guideline requirement. I filled up already Form I 864. please anybody tell me

Check this link. There is an official information about the form of AOS you must fill.

You can't use the form - I 864ez, as your situation must be as following:

All three of the following are true:

  1. You filed a Form I-130 petition for your relative;
  2. There is only one applicant on the Form I-130 petition; and
  3. The income you are using to qualify is based entirely on your salary or pension and is shown on one or more Forms W-2 provided by your employer(s) or former employer(s).

As I understand you and your father both must fill the form I-864
