DAY 100 - I can imagine few things more trying to the patience than the long wasted days of waiting. - Robert Falcon Scott

Super excited to see all the good news for many of you yesterday. Good luck to all in the next stages. Fingers crossed und daumen halten(for you Germans) to all of us still patiently waiting. Keep your eye on the prize. USCIS, lets have a happy Friday!

16 days to Beijing

I hope they come through today and you don't have to wait another week. I have to say, good move booking a trip, I never thought it would take this long for you. At least you have that distraction if it goes that long. I'm holding out for the interview and hoping to travel then. Good luck on this Friday!

approved on USCIS on june 9th now were waiting for NOA2,

Do you mean you're waiting for the NVC stuff? approval means NOA2 :) unless you mean you didn't get your notification in the mail yet.

Also, :time: . Also note that if your receipt no. starts with WAC then you're in the California Service Center.

Welcome!

So I just went off on the Customer Service(haha) rep.at USCIS. told her everything from I can build a car faster, grass grows faster, you took my money and ran, if you go one day over 5 months I am going to hire a lawyer and sue you, etc etc etc. Then I realized and said "why am I even calling you? because you are giving me nothing---NOTHING. Then I used foul language(go figure - from me - a New Yorker) and she threatened to hang up on my. Then I apologized for her being the brunt of my anger and I HUNG UP ON HER!!!!!!

looking back, I probably added another 3 months to my sentence. Oh well, I feel better!

Thanks so much Myrie! Finally would definitely describe yours when it comes :clock: wow they are messed up in that half a pyramid. No excuse for early April petitions to be skipped over while working on May and June now.

Just called them. I didn't manage to get to a "Tier 2", was basically stonewalled by this lady who kept saying it was 'pending', and seemed to genuinely care. bleh.

She tried to tell me that it was a "good thing" I didn't receive an RFE, but at this point I'd welcome an RFE, or anything which would give me some more information on what's happening. RFEs are at least predictably processed within a few weeks.

:help:

Well I'm happy you guys tried calling, because it didn't hurt my case... so it won't hurt yours.. if anything they'll get yours done faster so they won't have to deal with you. So who knows, you may get your NOA2 in the next few days.... fingers crossed... I hope you guys get it. I'd call once a week until you do. Be an annoyance.

Sent I129f - April 28, 2015

Received I129f - May 1, 2015

NOA1 - May 5, 2015 (Email on 6, Harcopy on 9)

NOA2 - July 9 (Email and text)

NOA2 Hardcopy - July 13

NVC Case # Assigned - July 30

Consulate Received - Aug. 3

Medical - Aug. 12 (We passed! Well, almost. She needs to see a psychiatrist on the 28th, which shouldn't be a big issue. She cut her wrist long ago in her teenage years.)
