Thanks, now I don't think I can sleep! I'm sure the frustrations aren't over, but at least past this one. I just feel bad for those still waiting.

Yay! Great news, JeffTanya. Congratulations!wow thats like 9 days since you sent your RFE reply. I wonder what happened to those who received their RFE last May and early June. I wonder if they already received their noa2 and just didn't update their timelines or what... *sighs*

Oh well one more day for this week. Fingers crossed!

Maybe that could be the case. I've noticed it often happens that people receive their NOA2 and don't log back in ever again :( So many abandoned accounts!

Waiting for the NOA2 is the worst part of this... because there is no transparency... and no way to know when. Everything is else is easy, most of the time you can expect things to happen within a certain timeframe. So people leave because they don't need the support anymore. But I'll stay because I owe it to the site for keeping me sane during the wait.

Sent I129f - April 28, 2015

Received I129f - May 1, 2015

NOA1 - May 5, 2015 (Email on 6, Harcopy on 9)

NOA2 - July 9 (Email and text)

NOA2 Hardcopy - July 13

NVC Case # Assigned - July 30

Consulate Received - Aug. 3

Medical - Aug. 12 (We passed! Well, almost. She needs to see a psychiatrist on the 28th, which shouldn't be a big issue. She cut her wrist long ago in her teenage years.)

Interview - ??? (Originally Aug. 26, but since she is now required to see a psychiatrist on the 28th, it will be rescheduled, probably sometime in Sept.)

Haha, uh... ask some of the other filers here. The NVC and embassy stages aren't exactly easy or predictable.

Congrats though!

Don't know about the hardest part being over! Maybe the hardest part to actually getting in lol! Then it's the process of staying in - AOS seems another minefield with MORE paperwork, as well as the EAD & AP, then there's the removal of conditions to go through!

Thanks everyone for the congrats! I know there is a lot to go through yet, but still happy this part is finally approved. I have noticed too that some people seem to fall off the site once they get approved, which makes it difficult to know if it is USCIS or they just quit updating. The abandoned accounts skew the timelines and igor's list, I wish they would scrub accounts that haven't been logged into for a month or so from the timelines so they would be more accurate. I won't be going anywhere, I will be right here through the process because I know there are a lot of nuances to this, plus I will be supporting my April friends still waiting.
