OMG! We just received our NA02!! 74 days since our initial NA01 (67 from the revised after the system update). BillyG and I are beyond excited and hope that all other April filers hear something soon, too!

Wedding planning... full steam ahead!

Congrats!!! It definitely seems they are shuffling through ours now.. I hope they continue this

OMG! We just received our NA02!! 74 days since our initial NA01 (67 from the revised after the system update). BillyG and I are beyond excited and hope that all other April filers hear something soon, too!

NOA 2 arrived this morning, and what a way to wake up and get ready for work. Good timing from USCIS, 3.20am in Ireland, and I normally call my fiancée (Leelee) at 3.30am. Beyond happy. Good luck to all those still waiting . We got to 73 days

Hey all, just an update, I got an email that we are getting an RFE.

Kinda suprised it's 8pm on the east coast.

I wanted to check in with those who are waiting since their NOA1....any news for you all?

Hey Girl I'm so glad that they worked on your petition! :) Even though it is a RFE, I'm sure you can fix it easy and get your NOA2 too!! So exciting. I hope they really work on our stuff now!!!

We just got our NOA2!! This is incredible timing for it to happen too. I am flying today to visit my fiancee in Ukraine. My connection is in Frankfurt... I got off the plane, turned on my cell phone, and then a text message from US CIS popped saying our case had been updated! So then I was frantically running around trying to find a wifi hotspot so I could see what the update was. Finally after about 15 minutes, I logged in and there was the approval notice!!

Now I'm sitting here in the terminal waiting on my connecting flight, and chatting with her about this great news! In a few hours we'll be together to celebrate! I'll be coming back home in two weeks (July 12), perfect timing to call the NVC for our case number on Monday the 13th. :dancing:

April 14, 2015 Got engaged the day before David flew back home. Met Nelson's mother and showed her our rings. :wow:

May 23, 2015 2nd trip to Medellin - Had lunch with Nelson's family and spent more quality time together.

June 9, 2015 3rd trip to Medellin - Spent more time with Nelson's mother, met Nelson's friends and began making plans for October wedding

June 10, 2015 RFE receipt date

June 15, 2015 Hard copy of RFE received

June 16, 2015 Mailed overnight RFE reply.

June 17, 2015 RFE reply received from USCIS (notified by email).

June 22, 2015 NOA-2 date

June 29, 2015 Received NOA-2 hard copy

July 13, 2015 NVC Case Number Assigned

Wow congrats! You had a long long wait, longer than me and I thought I had it bad. Sounds like it was just meant to be for you! Have a stress-free two weeks with her without checking for NOA2s :)

Sorry to hear that! :( USCIS needs to dust of your case ASAP - no CSC filer should have to wait that long.

Congrats! That's great news, now you have lots to celebrate! My RFE was delivered by the post office today, now to wait again.

Got the notice tonight they received my RFE, now just wait and hope. Probably would get through a lot more petitions if they didn't waste time on the senseless IMB RFE's. Good luck to everyone waiting.
