We just got our NOA-2!!!!!!! Only 4 days after replying to RFE and exactly 2 months after NOA-1 date!!!!!!!! ?????????????????

So happy!!! Tried calling my fiance and the #=@*(*@& circuits are all busy!!!! Arch!!!! So frickin happy though!!!

Best of luck to all still waiting!!!

What do i need to do ????

Basically wait 2 weeks from your NOA2 date and then you can start calling the NVC for your case number.

I would check out the VJ portal specific to your country and see what documentation your can begin gathering for your interview.

I was just on the phone with NVC for over an hour, but so happy to receive case number. I guess next step is to send fiancé all needed paperwork. Right????

March 5, 2015 - got engaged

April 24, 2015 - I -129F sent

April 28, 2015 - NOA1 text and email

May 5, 2015 - NOA1 hard copy

June 4, 2015 - NOA2 text and email

June 11, 2015 - NOA2 hard copy

June 22, 2015 - called NVC - received case number

6/30/15 Case shipped to Embassy in Rio

EMBASSY:

7/6/15 Case received by Embassy

7/20/15 Received "packet 3" email

9/18/15 Medical exam

just FYI...if anyone needs to call NVC, now might be the time! I called a few minutes ago and only had to redial 4 times and was only on hold for less than a minute! (no my case isnt there yet boohoo :( lol! but i just wanted to try anyway) call now call now call now! haha :)

OUT OF THE REMAINING APRIL FILIERS WHO HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEIR NOA-2, HAS ANYONE WRITTEN A LETTER TO THEIR CONGRESSMAN FOR ASSISTANCE?

Maybe we should start a new thread and brainstorm. I was thinking of something like that but thinking maybe they will give

the same answer as USCIS .... same blah blah blah, about waiting for the 5 month processing time.

What are your thoughts!?
