my petition was just approved..NOA1 date was may 6th...i'm so happy cause I was nervous since my divorce was finalized a week before I sent in my application...I just followed the visa journey guidelines and asked as many questions as I possible could

We just got our Noa2 as well!!!!???

We also got an RFE which added merely 14 days to our approval!!!

So excited! Especially since we were able to share the moment sincd my fiance is in Germany atm :)

We just got our Noa2 as well!!!!???

We also got an RFE which added merely 14 days to our approval!!!

So excited! Especially since we were able to share the moment sincd my fiance is in Germany atm :)

Congratulations! I've been watching for yours since we were date twins in the beginning. My interview is set for 14th July so not too far after that and you should be having yours too ?

Congratulations! I've been watching for yours since we were date twins in the beginning. My interview is set for 14th July so not too far after that and you should be having yours too ?

I know...but you got your approval waaay before we got ours :) So you are far ahead of us now.

Congrats NadinaK91. I think the last 3 dates on your timeline are incorrect though. The month and day got reversed.

I asked a similar question :) I was told TSC will update when sent to NVC however CSC does not update the status.

My NOA2 was 6/2 from CSC and my case has not changed nor has NVC received the file ...

Hi guys. So I called NVC today and they told me that we already have an assigned case number and it was sent to our the beneficiary's embassy on June 11. I tried to use the visa tracker to see if the said embassy received it but nothing is showing up. Anyone had this problem before?

Our NAO1 was 4/16/15 (showing 4/23/13 when the website was fixed).... hasn't been touched since 4/23/15. So confused/frustrated as to how we are still waiting and people from May are already scheduled for interviews... Just venting.

You are not alone, Leelee. Our Noa1 was April 23 and 28 when the website was fixed. We are on day 50+ now...

I am really hoping they notify us really soon. I don't mind receiving an RFE as long as we hear something from them. This silent treatment is deafening... hehe.

I also was nervous because my divorce was finalized 2 weeks before I sent in my application. I followed the VJ guidelines but still got an RFE. It was for more proof that the dating site we met on was not an IMB. I told them it was free but that was not good enough. I hope what I sent them is enough. They are so vague on the quantity of proof. There needs to be better instructions that accompany the I-129f.
