Is there ANYBODY that is an April filer, but didn't get a transfer to the CVC and is still waiting to hear from the TVC? I feel like I'm alone everyone here seems to have gotten a transfer.

That's unfortunate! I'm guessing your case number starts with SRC then? Good luck and I hope it goes quickly!

Yep it sure does! SRC is that for all TVC filers? I need fingers crossed. Loads of luck patience and truck full of prayers! Its been been 76 sleepless nights

we just got APPROVED! after a RFE!!!...it took only 11 days after they received our response!!! I'm so happy! :D....we have no idea what's next...but still happy!!! hahaah lol...thank you guys for all the kind words when we got the RFE...it was frustrating but now we are beyond happy. :)

Glad to see my early April friends are starting to get processed! I know the rest of you will be soon, just hang in there, "that box" is finally open :rolleyes:

we just got APPROVED! after a RFE!!!...it took only 11 days after they received our response!!! I'm so happy! :D....we have no idea what's next...but still happy!!! hahaah lol...thank you guys for all the kind words when we got the RFE...it was frustrating but now we are beyond happy. :)

Congrats!! I'm waiting for my RFE to come, I hope it goes as quickly.

Thanks! My LUD was April 6th. I'm so hopeful for all the early April filers this week - seems like we could all be making progress. Good luck - I'll be pulling for you!!

Nobody here has gotten transferred, we've only been routed to CSC. If your number starts with SRC, then it looks like you were one of the very last filers to get sent to TSC. :( Sorry!

04/06/2015 - NOA1

04/30/2015 - NOA2

05/14/2015 - NVC case number assigned

05/15/2015 - Petition left NVC, sent to Paris embassy

05/20/2015 - Paris embassy received

06/05/2015 - Packet 3 received

08/04/2015 - Medical

09/03/2015 - Interview... APPROVED!

09/10/2015 - Visa received

11/20/2015 - POE in Seattle

12/31/2015 - Married! (L)

Adjustment of Status

01/29/2016 - Filed I-485/I-765/I-131

02/08/2016 - NOAs received

03/03/2016 - RFE

03/23/2016 - Biometrics appointment

06/07/2016 - Interview... APPROVED!

06/14/2016 - Green card received

Ok got Hardcopy RFE today and yup I figured would be something stupid!! Circumstances of Meeting. We met on a website, but it is not an IMBRA website. How the hell do I prove that its not a Broker site?? Any help would be greatly appreciated :ranting: No fee's or any contracts just a chat site :P

Hey best of luck!!! I am in the same boat!!!! Just replied to RFE. And thanks to ASDF for giving me the information.

January 3, 2015 Met on internet chat/dating site and soon after became a couple.

April 9, 2015 First visit to Medellin.

April 14, 2015 Got engaged the day before David flew back home. Met Nelson's mother and showed her our rings. :wow:

April 17, 2015 Filed I-129F

April 22, 2015 NOA-1 date

May 23, 2015 2nd trip to Medellin - Had lunch with Nelson's family and spent more quality time together.

June 9, 2015 3rd trip to Medellin - Spent more time with Nelson's mother, met Nelson's friends and began making plans for October wedding

June 10, 2015 RFE receipt date

June 15, 2015 Hard copy of RFE received

June 16, 2015 Mailed overnight RFE reply.

June 17, 2015 RFE reply received from USCIS (notified by email).

June 22, 2015 NOA-2 date

June 29, 2015 Received NOA-2 hard copy

July 13, 2015 NVC Case Number Assigned

July 21, 2015 Case "Ready" at Bogota CEAC.

July 31, 2015 Packet 3 Received

Aug 14-21, 2015 4th and final trip to Colombia (at least for a year or so) to be there for interview !!!!

August 19, 2015 Interview, Approved conditionally

October 23, 2015 Stuck in Admin Processing

November 16, 2015 Status changed to READY

November 19, 2015 Status changed to ISSUED :dancing:

November 26, 2015 Arrival in US ........ Truly a THANKSGIVING !!

December 31, 2015 New Year's Eve Wedding (L)(L)(L)(L)

January 11, 2016 Filed AOS I-485 and EAD.

September 19, 2016 Interview for I-485 APPROVED !!!!!!!!

September 23, 2016 Received notice that GREEN CARD WAS MAILED ..... :dancing:

Hey guys.... So FYI if you filed in April and got routed to Texas, there is a possibility of having to wait till October for any updates. I called uscis this morning and they told me this? she said November the latest..... So here's to more lonely nights!!!

I really do hope there's a small little candle at the end of this mountainous tunnel.
