Hi everyone

I'm late to the game! I sent my form march 27.. They revived it April first so I guess that makes me an April filer. I got my receipt in the mail so mow I guess I'm just waiting for whatevers next. I haven't heard anything as of yet. And what makes it worse is I am assigned to the Texas VISA Center. And they're on cases from October of last year! I also read that all cases in April should have been transferred to the California Visa Center. Not sure as to why I didn't get transferred! Anywho I wish all of us the best of luck. Please feel free to enlighten me!???

That's unfortunate! I'm guessing your case number starts with SRC then? Good luck and I hope it goes quickly!

12.15.2015: I-485/I-765/I-131 and supporting documents mailed

12.22.2015: USCIS Received

12.24.2015: NOA Date (as found on I797's)

12.27.2015: NOA1 received by text email for all 3

01.02.2016: NOA1 received in mail

01.28.2016: Biometrics in Chula Vista

03.07.2016; Filed service request (Service request number not currently assigned for processing)

03.14.2016: EAD Update, New Card being Produced

03.19.2016: Received EAD/AP Combo Card

we just got APPROVED! after a RFE!!!...it took only 11 days after they received our response!!! I'm so happy! :D....we have no idea what's next...but still happy!!! hahaah lol...thank you guys for all the kind words when we got the RFE...it was frustrating but now we are beyond happy. :)

Woke up to an email from the fiancée. Approved last night!

Fingers crossed for the ones who are still waiting!

10-05-2012: Met at a bar in NYC, the beginning of our story!

04-29-2015: Engaged & filed for K-1

05-05-2015: NOA1

15-06-2015: NOA2
