Each country's consulate has a different version of packet 3. Try checking here: http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/?ctry=Philippines&cty=Manilaand then ask the Philippines regional forum if it's accurate: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/129-philippines/

Thank you!!

Seems like they finally got around to our box, you have to be close. I am hoping to have it by Friday if they mailed it last Friday. Crossing my fingers for an easy fix so I can do a fast turn around.

I know, it's a long time to wait at CSC, but if you don't get a RFE it could go pretty quick from here.

Okay all got my RFE just now in the mail. It's post marked June 12th and I already got in Florida!! The RFE is for the following:

"Please re-submit a passport-style color photograph for the petitioner XXXXX."

And then it goes on to list all the requirements of the photograph. I originally sent a photograph but I guess it didn't meet all the specifications. At least its a simple fix for us and the NOA2 is practically right there basically!!

Hi Everyone,

We need HELPPPPPPPPPPPPP please ......

So we got our RFE in the mail today. We had told them that we met on-line, which we did, and now they want to know the name of the website, because they are saying that it might be an International Marriage Broker. Not a problem, because it is a simple dating website, similar to Match.com, but completely free. My question is don´t most people meet somebody from another country on-line these days, and it just doesn´t seem like anyone else has received this type of RFE.

Any advice ?????

Thanks.
