Congratulations! I am so happy for you! You aren't too far behind your fellow Canadians ;) Well, me anyway.

Thanks! I was honestly thinking to myself, I'm coming Canadians!!!!!! Our timelines have been pretty similar so far, I see that you're going through Vancouver (whereas I am going through Montreal) however it'll be interesting to see how our timelines match up!

I've been seeing people post about their NOA2 for days, weeks now wishing it was me, feeling like I was definitely going to be the one to get rejected, or lost between the desks, as we all feel during the wait... but today my fiancee texted me (weirdly enough, he figured it out before me and I'm the US citizen) and we got our NOA2! Here's to hoping we can get everything done and settled by September! Congratulations to everyone who received theirs and I hope that everyone waiting receives theirs as soon as possible!

I was feeling the same way - I felt like I shouldn't even bother looking any more because it was taking so long lol. It's nice seeing early April filers get approved. :)

I've been seeing people post about their NOA2 for days, weeks now wishing it was me, feeling like I was definitely going to be the one to get rejected, or lost between the desks, as we all feel during the wait... but today my fiancee texted me (weirdly enough, he figured it out before me and I'm the US citizen) and we got our NOA2! Congratulations!!! It seems like they are working on those petitions filed early... oh hoping we get ours too soon! Day 49th... fingers crossed! ?

Yes they have been. Vancouver for me, since I am in Winnipeg. I have no idea which consulate is quicker! I have certainly done my research on Vancouver and done absolutely no research on Montreal. But am excited to see how it goes for everyone else and looking forward to the next step.

just got our NOA2 tonight! NOA1 was 4/30, so 41 days to NOA2

2 days beyond the current listed average, which is 39 days.

But seeing as the average time WAS 25 days when we filed, the CSC is definitely getting clogged up =(

K1 visa process:

06/01/2013: first met

03/29/2014: started dating

12/31/2014: "engaged"

04/14/2015: sent the package

04/17/2015: NOA 1 (CSC)

05/11/2015: "document returned to USCIS" (NOA1 hardcopy)

05/13/2015: called USCIS

05/28/2015: e-mail: they will mail the NOA1 hardcopy again

06/01/2015: NOA 2 !!

06/06/2015: NOA 2 hard copy

06/08/2015: NOA 1 hard copy (finally...)

06/25/2015: embassy received electronical file

07/16/2015: embassy received physical file

07/17/2015: embassy sent pack 3

currently: waiting for pack 3

Interview date received! July 23rd! excited!

applied for N400 whilst I751 was pending, however I751 was approved without an interview on Jan 10th /11th

N-400 applied Online: 11/7/18

BIO for N400 : 11/30/18

EST. Case Completion: October 2019) of 7/15/19 

INTERVIEW: 10/7/2019- APPROVED

OATH DATE: 10/24/2019-  received oath letter in the mail on 10/11 

 

LOCAL OFFICE: BOSTON ( moved from California (SANTA ANA, CA) )

well since no one has started one i figured i would for all that filed this month heres whats going on with mine so far

04/02/2015 mailed 129-F packet visa usps express mail

04/03/2015 signed received by a G Cardwell

04/06/2015 text and email received sent to California service center

If you don't mind me asking, what's the RFE for?
