I got through to the NVC tonight, and she said June 25th is the earliest our petition would be there. I want to keep calling anyways.

Not yet! It's only been a week today so I'm trying to be patient and wait another week before caving and calling. I think I'm almost prepared.. I just got my immunization records from Manitoba health yesterday. Next step police check. Edited by mdcatelli

Just got my NOA2 !! I'm so excited!

Congrats!

For some reason on the USCIS website I can't even log in now - it says due to either inactivity or too many failed login attempts, even though neither of these have happened lol.

Maybe it's the website telling me to take a break... :no:

that happened to me too. you should have gotten a notification to change your password. if you follow those steps then you can get in again.

You can try resetting your password and it may let you in.

Hi becca, I did the same... however it said they received the petition on April 28th but in the receipt notice they sent the receipt date was April 21. I just find it strange.. hehe.

Mine is messed up too. The NOA1 date is off by 2 days...

Our NOA2 date is June 1st and my fiancé will call them next Monday :)

K1 visa process:

06/01/2013: first met

03/29/2014: started dating

12/31/2014: "engaged"

04/14/2015: sent the package

04/17/2015: NOA 1 (CSC)

05/11/2015: "document returned to USCIS" (NOA1 hardcopy)

05/13/2015: called USCIS

05/28/2015: e-mail: they will mail the NOA1 hardcopy again

06/01/2015: NOA 2 !!

06/06/2015: NOA 2 hard copy

06/08/2015: NOA 1 hard copy (finally...)

06/25/2015: embassy received electronical file

07/16/2015: embassy received physical file

Finally got our packet3!

Just over a month after NOA2 to get to NVC-Consulate-packet 3

applied for N400 whilst I751 was pending, however I751 was approved without an interview on Jan 10th /11th

N-400 applied Online: 11/7/18

BIO for N400 : 11/30/18

EST. Case Completion: October 2019) of 7/15/19 

INTERVIEW: 10/7/2019- APPROVED

OATH DATE: 10/24/2019-  received oath letter in the mail on 10/11 

 

LOCAL OFFICE: BOSTON ( moved from California (SANTA ANA, CA) )

Yes, the errors are gone and even the mobile app works now. They say my case was received April 13th now, oh well, just waiting the same as before!

When you check your case status, underneath the main message there is a "next steps" section. Mine says "We will review your request for a data change. If needed, we will make the change. " Does anyone else have this? I definitely didn't request a data change.
