Congratulations to the ones who received your NOA2's today! :dancing:

They received petition on April 28 and I got my NOA1 right after that, so I am really hoping I follow right behind the ones who also were received on the 28.

I am just so anxious to start the next step. :clock:

How did you get that information out of them? Like, did they actually look into the process of your petition?? My fiance called them twice and both times they gave their standard answer of 5 months.

I didn't make the call, but she was put on hold and they said it would be approx another 119 days. Not sure how they got that number, but it's probably just another way of saying 5 months.

Does anyone know what the average time is from receiving your NOA2 to the interview? Being on day 60-something makes me increasingly frustrated with every day that passes and I don't hear any news on the NOA2 :( so I was just wondering what I have in front of me (assuming the best) once I actually do hear a peep out of USCIS.

After NOA2, NVC usually takes a few weeks, but beyond that it varies depending on the embassy. If you want a better estimate, you should check out recent timelines of people who recently interviewed at your embassy.

Wow, I just received an email and text notification saying they are sending an RFE!! Obviously not as good as an NOA2, but I'm shocked and happy that some progress has actually been made on my petition. :clock:
